In the story, this trip proposal is proposed to 3 of my best friends to celebrate our 12 years friendship. I will divide the story into 5 different parts. Part 1 covers background story, statement of problems, why New Zealand, and why 10 days in part 1. Part 2 consists of planning part where I determined the preference of my friends, arranged their schedule, chose trip destination, selected our transportation and accommodation, selected our food and drink arrangement, and the most important one, chose games and leisure activities during the trip. This also included booking and arrangement that we should make before the trip. Part 3 consist of a detail plan of our day to day arrangement that consist of run sheets, driver schedules, and itineraries. Part 4 will be our budget calculation. And the last part will be risk consideration along the trip.

This proposal analyses our current problems and tries to propose a solution. As we lived at different places after completing our bachelor’s degree, we never had chances to meet in person and have a proper get-together. I really miss you all and the time we spent together so bad.
Here I propose the detailed plan of the trip within this proposal, including destinations, transportation, accommodation, budget, and also the potential problems that might occur and need to be mitigated. This trip will cost each of you as follows.
